Founder/ Owner / Chief UAS Pilot
Austin “Cole” Egnew
With over 3 years of experience flying sUAS, Cole is extremely talented and knowledgeable in the new age aerial technology. Cole has extensive experience in flying for fun as well as providing commercial drone services for many different projects. He specializes in Utility and Roof Inspections, Construction Progress, and providing Emergency Response support in Search & Rescue missions in Arizona. Cole also provides Education and Training on passing the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Exam and helped others pass their ASPA BPERP Certification.

Dylaney Hicks
Dylaney has MANY years working in customer service field and is currently a full-time pharmacy technician at a pharmacy in Mesa. She always puts the customer first no matter the situation. It’s her job to ensure Ace-Tek is upholding their customer satisfaction and engagement standards. It’s because of her that we connect so well with our clients and partners!
